  •   Incorporation Certificate
  •   Registered Offices Certificate
  •   Shareholders Certificate
  •   Directors & Secretary Certificate
  •   Good Standing Certificate
  •   Board Resolutions letter for account opening acknowledgment
  •   Company Letter for appointing authorized representatives (if applicable)
  •   Bank Account Details
  •   Memorandum and Articles of Association
  •   Latest Audited Financial Statements (if applicable)
  •   Group Organizational Chart (if applicable)
  •   License (if applicable)
  •   Notarized Copy of Passport/ID for Directors, Shareholders (holders of 10% and more) and Authorized representative (if applicable)
  •   Proof of Address for Directors, Shareholders and Authorized representative (no more than 3 months old)
  •   For Ultimate Beneficiaries  (holders of 10% and more) provide notarized Copy of Passport/ID, Proof of Address (no more than 3 months old) and shareholding Certificate more than 3 months old) and shareholding Certificate»

      Upon receipt of your application, UGM will inform you about the status of your application  and on approval will send you a copy of Client Agreement»

     On receipt of your copy of the agreement you are invited to carefully read it and return back to us a signed copy of the agreement.
You can send the signed copy of the agreement, to UGM via email at submit@ugm.com or via fax at +35722255004″

As a final step UGM will send you  an acknowledgment that your account is now active»

Submit the Account Opening Questionnaire  via email at submit@ugm.com or via fax at +35722255004 along with the necessary documents as below:

  •  Bank Account Details
  •  License (if applicable)
  •  Notarized Copy of Passport/ID of applicant and Authorized representative (if applicable)
  •  Proof of Address ID of applicant and Authorized representative (if applicable) (no more than 3 months old)
